Back2back produce this 60 minute insightful documentary that looks further into the life of world renowned Britain's Got Talent contestant, Susan Boyle
In 2009, 48 year old Susan Boyle stepped on to the stage to audition as a contestant for Britain’s Got Talent.
Little did she know that at that moment her entire life was about to be transformed. From a humble background in Blackburn, Scotland, Susan came to the auditions having recently lost her mother with whom she had lived for her entire life.
Her audition has since been viewed over 100 million times on YouTube, and she has become a global sensation. In this program, to be broadcast in December on ITV1, we explore the real Susan Boyle, the woman behind the image, the hype and the sensational voice.
