Simon Shaps - Chairman | Simon is formerly ITV's director of Programmes. His track record speaks for itself. With more than two decades with the UK's largest commercial broadcaster, ITV, he has had a varied career across almost all parts of the network, ranging from CEO of Granada's Global Production business to Director of television for the most successful family of channels in the UK.
David Notman-Watt - Managing Director | David Notmas-Watt set up back2back in 2000. Since then the company has grown from strength to strength, creating award winning work and gaining wide-spread industry recognition. He is an established documentary film-maker and has filmed, directed and produced ober sixty broadcast documentary films. In 2006 David won a Grierson Award for his documentary
Rebecca Coleman - Producer | Rebecca joined back2back in 2005 and has worked on numerous broadcast documentaries as both a Production Manager and Producer. Her credits include The Model Prisoners (WDR), 'Alex James: The Cocaine Diaries' (BBC Panorama/BBC Worldwide), 'Champions of the Earth' (United Nations), 'Responsible Buisness TV' (CNBC), 'Josef Fritzl: Story of a Monster' (Sky One) and 'Dom Joly and The Black Island' (Ch4). She has recently finished working on 'Extraordinary Dogs', a 13 x 30 minute worldwide TV series exploring the astonishing nature of man's friend. (Ch Five).
Hal Watmough - Editor | Hal is an experienced editor who has edited over fifty broadcast films for both national and international broadcast, including the award winning documentaries he has worked on at back2back. He joined back2back in 2005, and has since continued to edit highly acclaimed programmes for BBC, ITV1, Channel 4, Channel 5 and BBC World, and his work on
